After being out of a gym and doing no fitness for a couple of years, going into a gym can be quite intimidating. I signed up before the gym opened to make the most of the opening membership offer and I'm so glad I did. All the team have been so welcoming and helpful, especially Melissa who made me feel so comfortable during my initial PT session - I've signed up for more sessions with her. Just had my second PT session with her and I feel much more confident to come in between now and my next session to use the gym and not just do the classes on offer! Gyms can be intimidating places, especially if you're a beginner. But this gym is nothing like that at all, all the staff are so friendly, approachable and helpful! The technology here is great and makes it so much easier to do your workout - they create an individualised program for you to follow and it tracks your progress on the app by scanning the wristband at each machine. You also get a dedicated coach who you can message on the app with any queries, although all staff are willing to help you with anything whilst you're actually there. I booked some PT sessions with my coach Amy and she has been fantastic, she's really lovely and she empowers, motivates and inspires me to do better! The classes are absolutely fab too!
