However, we strongly recommend that you book a visit with the studio. Your dedicated Fitness Coach will understand what you want to achieve and advise on the best option to suit you.
Every Fitness Space studio offers a range of group classes. Classes are grouped into four categories: Burn, Sculpt, Rhythm and Spirit. Your dedicated Fitness Coach will recommend class categories to choose from depending on your goals.

Hot Yoga sessions and Fit Camp are available without a membership.
Group classes are exclusive for members only.
Never Train Alone with the Fitness Space app. Avaliable for Apple and Android devices, connect to the studio equipment, follow your customised programme and connect with your coach 24/7 through the messenger service. You can also integrate your favourite fitness apps, capture all your moves and track your progress.
